Also the usual skirt alert warning for St.Georges.tce. THE SURF REPORT        REPORT FILED   WEDNESDAY   23/07/08   7.30 am   PERTH METRO WIND:  N @ 16 to 22 knots. WAVES:  Waist to chest high lumps the norm on the beach breaks and on the rise. MARZ'S COMMENTS: Winds hitting it from the side with a lot of bump and buckle on the waves. There are the odd ones with shape, but uncomfortable conditions on the beach breaks. It's going to deteriorate from here on in, so don't bother wasting your fuel or time. Support your local shaper, support your local surf shop. Marzs Rating: 2 out of 10 summer like fun on a antartic like morning.   MANDURAH WIND:  N @ 20 to 25 knots. WAVES:  Waist to chest high the norm on the beach breaks odd shoulder high set. MARZ'S COMMENTS:   Looking as good as amy winehouse in a ging at the moment along the beach breaks. Waves are feeling the effect of the Northerly with not a lot on offer that will have you rusing to pull your second skin on and paddle out. Flag it, it's on it's way already to becoming very ugly. Marzs Rating: 2 out of 10.   MARGARET RIVER WIND:  W/NW to W @ 25 to 30 knots. WAVES:  Six to eight foot lumps the norm. MARZ'S COMMENTS: Mainbreak is looking pretty stuffed along with the open ocean breaks. A few lumps getting into the bays and points, but so is the wind. Try your luck late this arvo on some of the protected breaks once the wind swing w/sw. Marzs Rating: 2 out of 10. Mad Marz. REMEMBER THE ONLY THING YOU SHOULD LEAVE ON THE BEACH ARE YOUR FOOTPRINTS, RUBBISH GOES IN THE BIN.
